Chenega Corporation Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Administrator in Washington, District Of Columbia
NJVC is seeking a Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Administrator who can help drive best-in-class adoption and develop methods for improving customer experience in utilizing D365 and Power Apps/Power Automate services. The Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Administrator is a talented subject matter expert who can support system design set-up, administration, and development to deploy, patch, secure, administrate, integrate, test, update, and support customers across the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform hosted on Azure government cloud.
Providing full lifecycle Dynamics 365 and Power Platform administration (i.e. patches, updates, AD security, account management, common data models, and procedures documented), including the ability to work with customers to support their needs in the best way possible.
Grow and integrate D365 and Power applications and services by designing and deploying, updating, and/or supporting changes to common data models, forms, processes, web services, dataflows, and workflow automation, etc.
Integrate D365 with internal or on-prem systems.
Help with the solution architecture and understand how that impacts the solutions for other systems.
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree and 9+ years of related IT system engineering experience
At least 4 years working with Dynamics 365 and/or MS Power Platform services
Microsoft Power Platform and Azure specific training or certifications also valued, including MB-600: Microsoft Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect certification
Background check with the ability to obtain a public trust clearance
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Mobile app integration experience is preferred.
Demonstrable experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Power and Dynamics 365 applications and services.
Knowledge of how Microsoft Power and Dynamics 365 applications and services integrate with other Microsoft 365 software.
Required experience with these Dynamics 365 modules, like CE, Sales, Event Management/Marketing, and Customer Service.
Ability to seek out and champion best-in-class Microsoft services and solutions.
Ability to keep the services running with minimal disruption to our customers.
Ability to work independently and yet be effective within a team setting
Must be capable of managing multiple efforts with time related constraints in a fast-paced contracting environment
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholder groups and individuals
Friendly presence, helpful attitude, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work well with others.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Office applications.
Experience working in a home office setting.
Ability to train end users on frequently asked technical issues.
Ability to provide technical assistance and support over the phone with good phone skills and a professional demeanor.
Previous customer service experience is strongly desired.
Good problem-solving skills with the ability to visualize a problem or situation and think abstractly to solve it.
