The Project/Portfolio IRM Governance Lead serves as subject matter expert associated with content, processes, and procedures associated with enterprise applications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide support in setting IT project, program, and portfolio standards for DOI.
Apply functional knowledge to design and customization of workflow systems that provide seamless integration for client/server applications.
Write functional requirements, develop test plans, and work with production issues.
Manage and maintain all Departmental Manual Chapters, policies, and processes related to IT project, program, and portfolio management standards.
Support Organizational Assessment (OA) compliance reviews.
Support quarterly PortfolioStat Integrated Data Collection:
Coordinate data collection amongst stakeholders
Track data changes from submission to submission, and capture and manage action items that need to be completed to verify data accuracy
Submit responses to OMB
Support implementation of Technology Business Management (TBM)
Support IT governance boards/efforts
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)
Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline or relevant functional area to include Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or Liberal Arts.
8 years' experience with Project/Portfolio IRM
Generally experienced in multiple modules of an ERP application or more than one ERP application.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to be a self-starter, pay strict attention to detail, and multi-task across multiple. projects and clients in a fast-paced environment.
Must possess the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Ability to work nights, holidays, and weekends as needed.
Proven technical aptitude and a desire to learn is a must.
Excellent verbal/written communication, organizational skills.
Interpersonal skills and ability to excel as part of a team.
