Chenega Corporation Intelligence Training Instructor in Saudi Arabia
The Intelligence Training Instructor will plan and conduct intelligence technical training through classroom instruction to assigned Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) personnel.
Evaluate and refine course curriculum.
Develop and deliver curriculum assessments.
Apply conventional teaching techniques using USG provided training materials and Courseware.
Participate in the development of supplementary materials, as needed.
Make professional recommendations for improvement of curriculum design, training materials, student administration, and training program management.
Evaluate student performance.
Advise on the placement and training needs of students.
Work with the designated customer representative to develop disciplinary processes that allow clear guidance to the student as it relates to the student's academic environment.
Provide administrative backup for the Intelligence Team Leader, when necessary.
Other duties as assigned
High school diploma or GED and U.S. military experience of 5+ years in an intelligence career field.
Understanding and/or experience with Department of Defense (DoD) training programs.
Previous instructor experience.
5+ years of relevant work experience at a senior non-commission (7 level minimum) or commissioned officer level.
Experience or formal education in Instructional Design, Instructional Materials Development, and incorporating training aids and devices.
Experience in developing, reviewing, and revising instructional materials IAW specific learning objectives.
Secret clearance required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to evaluate and refine course curriculum.
Ability to develop and deliver curriculum assessments.
Ability to instruct in multiple Intelligence disciplines, including Analysis, Integration, Collection, Targeting, Flying Unit Intelligence Support, and Information Operations, among others.
Advanced working knowledge of a variety of computer software applications, including Microsoft Office suite and Outlook.
Possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.
Ability to effectively communicate and train others in the written and verbal English language.
Ability to multi-task in a high-performance based environment.
Possess strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to self-start and work independently or as a team.
Ability to travel up to 10% as requested.
