Chenega Corporation Logistics/Finance SME - Course Reviewer in Virginia

Summary

100% Remote from any U.S. location

The Logistics/Finance SME – Course Reviewer works with an assigned Instructional Systems Specialist in developing and reviewing finance and total quality management instructional material.

Responsibilities

  • Provide subject matter expertise to assist with courseware development.

  • Coordinate educational content and incorporate current technology into instruction to provide guidelines to educators and instructors for developing curricula and conducting courses.

  • Review completed courseware and instructional material to ensure it meets prescribed directives.

  • Develop and review educational assessments and exercises to evaluate student performance.

  • Troubleshoot and provide feedback on courseware development.

  • Interpret compliance policy and standards for curriculum design and documentation for training conducted.

  • Use appropriate industry and government standards and specifications.

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline required.

  • Experience in designing and developing instructional coursework materials is required.

  • 3+ years of related experience in the areas of:

  • Essential Accounting

  • Financial Bookkeeping

  • Statistics

  • Total Quality Management

  • Secret clearance required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • 2+ years of experience working in a logistical military environment beneficial, but not required.

  • Financial education, management, and/or accounting experience strongly desired.

  • Knowledge of one or more subjects or occupations in which educational training instruction is provided.

  • Advanced working knowledge of a variety of computer software applications, including Microsoft Office suite and Outlook.

  • Possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.

  • Ability to effectively communicate in written and verbal English language.

  • Ability to multi-task in a high-performance based environment.

  • Possess strong problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to self-start and work independently or as a team.

  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

  • Ability to travel up to 10% as required.
