NJVC is glad to be supporting the Foundation Sustainment Services (FS2) contract that will establish the acquisition framework for delivering the full scope of information technology services and capabilities to support the Information Technology (IT) sustainment services for the Foundation GEOINT Integrated Program Office (IPF) and the FG capabilities/services in support of the NGA’s Source Operations & Management Directorate’s Foundation GEOINT Group (SF).
Responsibilities
Work you’ll do
As a Full Stack Software Developer within our FS2 team, you will:
Use cloud computing expertise to provide the system administration and modification of existing GOTS code to integrate open-source software solutions for display in a web application. This role includes API development and database integration for interaction with Redux and React frameworks, using various open-source packages for visualization and data filtering and code modifications that shall apply best practices in the unit and build testing.
Possess an unconscious competence with C#/Java and JavaScript/TypeScript. Other duties include working with PostgreSQL, Entity Framework, Visual Studio, and familiarity with JSON APIs.
Qualifications
BS degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Master’s with 6+ years of prior relevant experience; OR HS and 12 years of related experience
Experience in either software development projects or software integration projects in a service-oriented environment (Cloud, SOA, Web-Services) or virtualization environment.
3+ years of experience with modern Javascript and/or C# development framework
2+ years of experience with unit testing, continuous integration tools, and git version control
Background check required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to obtain TS/SCI Clearance
Experience with cloud-based architectures
Understanding of DevOps methodologies and workflow
