Web Developer Lead

NJVC is currently seeking a Web Developer Lead to join our growing team in Springfield, VA.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with the Program Manager to select and manage professional talent.

• Develop new or maintain existing versions of government websites.

• Document all website development activities.

• Regularly work with NGA OCC’s graphic designers for website layouts.

• Assist with capture software and appropriate licenses.

• Assist with processing software with appropriate licenses.

• Other duties as assigned

  Minimum Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and 10+ years of related experience

• 4 years of related experience may be substituted for a degree

• Years of Experience:

• High school diploma or 14+ years’ experience

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years’ experience

• 10+ years of relevant experience in the career field of website development

• Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of establishing priorities and requirements and creating and modifying web-based languages (HTML, CSS, XML, PHP, Java, JavaScript, SharePoint, MySQL, and Oracle, etc.), etc.

• Extensive experience providing complete end-to-end web support

• Experience implementing user-centric interactive design and web standards

• Experience developing mock-ups, user flows, storyboards, and prototypes to effectively communicate web design

• Active TS/SCI Clearance
