The Senior Recruiter will manage high volume, full lifecycle recruitment across multiple companies, service lines and disciplines.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Recruit proactively, aggressively, and compliantly to fill all positions with qualified candidates in a timely manner to ensure operational goals are met

  • Responsible for recruiting for high level, high clearance positions

  • Lead/Manage recruiting projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all priorities and goals are achieved

  • Responsible for recruiting on an advance load of difficult to fill requisitions

  • Collaborate with recruiting team and/or companies to create efficient and effective recruitment strategies for sourcing, pipelining, and urgent requisitions

  • Build strong hiring manager relationships

  • Clarify specific hiring needs and advise them on job description structure, interview processes and timely feedback

  • Source, recruit, pre-screen, and interview technical and non-technical candidates

  • Identify and use creative sourcing techniques for locating candidates through traditional and emerging recruiting channels, including, but not limited to:

  • Internal and external networks

  • Attending job fairs and industry events

  • Utilizing social media

  • Track and report key recruitment metrics and provide updates and reports as required

  • Actively and consistently utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tracking tools to ensure timely and accurate documentation of applicant data throughout the process

  • Review RFPs from a recruiting perspective and identify risks and possible mitigations and present this information at Bid/No Bid meetings

  • Audit ATS to ensure process is being following and documentation is timely and accurate

  • Assure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies

  • Avoid legal challenges by understanding current legislation

  • Enforce regulations with hiring managers and recruiters

  • Conduct training

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)

  • High school diploma/GED required.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 8 years’ experience required. Experience to include the following:

  • Technical sourcing of top caliber IT Professionals, Intelligence Professionals and Engineers

  • Recruiting for both government and commercial clients

  • Supporting clients with technologies: ASP.NET, Client Server Development (Microsoft Technologies and Java/JFEE), and Administration (System, Database, Server, Network)

  • Recruiting for positions with all levels of clearances from Secret to TS/SCI with FS Polygraphs

  • Recruiting for positions that require all levels of DoD8570 compliance

  • Strong experience in the technical job market, web-based/Internet recruiting techniques, and employment policies and procedures

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Prior military experience is a plus

  • Ability to obtain a DoD secret clearance

  • Must have the ability to work nights, weekend, and Holidays as required to meet business needs and candidate availability

  • Must be organized with the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and balance multiple priorities to serve multiple internal companies in a collaborative team environment

  • Must have to ability to handle high stress environments and work efficiently and rapidly, adjusting to changing business needs under the pressure of constant deadlines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to travel as required. Up to 25%

  • The employee will normally work in a temperature-controlled office environment, with frequent exposure to electronic office equipment.

  • During visits to areas of operations, may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions. Is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.
