Minimum Qualifications:(To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)
High school diploma or GED and 1+ years’ experience OR
Associates degree in a directly related field and 0 years’ experience OR
Bachelor's degree in a non-directly related field and 0 years’ experience OR
Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field and 0 years’ experience
Relevant education and/or experience must be in an IT discipline related to the assigned program area (e.g., Network Engineering, Network Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer or Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or Computer Forensics/Security, etc.).
Must possess DOD 8570.01-M certifications meeting the requirements for IAT I.
Background check required. May require ability to obtain and maintain a top secret clearance.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Relevant experience is required in deploying IT hardware, like desktop computers, laptops, tablets, monitors, and printers.
Relevant experience is required in configuring IT hardware to resolve problems and installing/configuring operating system images and specialty software on customer devices.
