CAS is currently seeking aData Entry Operator II to join our growing team
Executive Order 13495, The Non Displacement of Qualified Workers Under Service Contracts provide first right of refusal to incumbents on contracts. If the position is accepted by the incumbent on the job, other application/resume of non-incumbents will not be reviewed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform complete and accurate typing and data entry applicable to records tracking and management.
Support general administration functions associated with the designated information sharing mechanisms, these functions include, but are not limited to content creation and management, basic web site creation and maintenance, and user support.
Update weekly and monthly production reports, periodic bulletins, and other unclassified documents.
Maintain effective communication with customers, staff, and PMO as necessary.
Track documents through completion of process.
Respond to inquiries as needed to resolve problems in order to maintain quality customer service and records management standards.
Develop, facilitate, and participate in training for staff on processing transactions in support of the designated information storage system.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:(To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)
High school diploma or GED required
2+ years of relevant work experience
Background check required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to obtain a secret clearance.
Outstanding command of spoken and written English, and the ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and partner organizations.
Detail oriented with exceptional organizational and customer service skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
