Chenega Corporation Intermediate Systems Analyst in Huntsville, Alabama
Venturi, LLC., A Chenega Company, has an exciting opportunity for an Intermediate Systems Analyst who will have expertise in relevant program analytical principles and practices for developmental and operational programs. The TEAMS Next Test Support - Intermediate Systems Analyst will develop analytic tools, techniques, and processes for both technical and administrative support activities and work as a member of team solving complex problems.
Coordinate requirements, technical analyses, and assessments of ranges and test facilities for the conduct of Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) testing.
Coordinate identified requirements with test ranges, forward based test centers, including infrastructure, instrumentation, auxiliary sensors, new facility development, and/or modifications to existing facilities.
Implement BMDS Test Policy and test functional management approach, including preparation and execution of critical test documentation.
Develop, integrate, and de-conflict the detailed flight test event execution plans for an integrated tactical and strategic BMDS test picture.

BA or BS in a related field
High school diploma or GED and 3+ years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for the BA or BS degree requirement
7+ years relevant experience
Experience with DoD testing desired
Experience with DoD test execution desired
Interim secret security clearance required on day one and must be able to obtain and maintain an interim secret security clearance for the duration of the contract
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge, skills, and abilities in the analysis field.
Capable of utilizing, adapting, and developing analytic techniques and processes for both technical and administrative support activities.
Ability to work as a member of team and assist with solving complex problems involving test planning, integration, execution, and analysis.
Ability to establish priorities and manage planning and readiness activities of MDS test events IAW approved Test issuances (e.g., CONOPS).
Ability to routinely resolve significant technical matters.
Ability to work independently and/or lead sub-teams to analyze and resolve problems.
Working knowledge of the weapons system components and mission.
Familiarity with DOD and MDA processes and procedures.
Ability to work in a high paced environment while coordinating with multiple organizations and leadership.
Proficient with Microsoft software applications.
Ability to execute and complete tasks without supervision.
Ability to travel 20-25% to CONUS and OCONUS locations.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
