Summary: TheContractor’s Program Manager (CPM) shall have overall supervisory, programmatic and contractual control over all Contractor personnel. TheCPM is the central point of contact between the government customer and the contractor. TheCPM is expected to handle all associated performance standards to include cost and quality control implementation and standardization of services provided.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as point of contact for government customer with overall responsibility for customer relationships and programs.
Overall supervisory, programmatic, and contractual control over all contractor personnel to include managing funds and resources.
Formulate and enforce work standards.
Handle all associated performance standards to include cost and quality control implementation, and standardization of services.
Develop presentations and information papers; research, analyze, and compile data into information, decisional, and instructional briefings; and develop metrics to track level of effort and progress in preparation for senior level reviews and updates.
May be required to provide daily supervision and employee recruiting, development, and retention in compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
Prepare and review monthly and yearly reports to assist in program management.
May be assigned other managerial duties as deemed necessary by the government
Access the facility recurrently and must access government networks to carry out the responsible under the Performance Work Statement.
Utilize skills and expertise to direct all phases of programs from inception through completion.
Responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of all programs.
Coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, budgets, and financial terms and conditions of contracts
Act as the primary contact for program activities
Lead program review sessions to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.
Bachelor's Degree om a related field of study
PMP Level I certification with 7+ years of program management experience in the support services industry.
A higher level degree may substitute for experience, and related experience may be considered in lieu of required education.
Certified according to the Program Management Institute or equivalent institution.
US Government Top Secret Security Clearance.
If required, be able to successfully complete a counterintelligence-based polygraph examination.
