The Full Stack Java Developer is responsible for leading and or developing web-based applications utilizing Full Stack Java technologies and languages.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support all aspects of software development (designing, coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining products).
Translate customer needs into user stories and deliver working capabilities at the conclusion of each sprint.
Work on complex analytical and programming tasks, requiring knowledge of programming languages and data communications
Delivering a complete web-based application.
Design, develop and test Java based solutions using common standards and frameworks
Ensuring high performance on mobile and desktop.
Coordinating workflow between designers.
Collaborating with back-end developers in building process of Java technologies.
Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
Creating configuration, build, and test scripts for Continuous Integration environments.
Enhance existing solutions to improve processing.
Work across multiple phases of the software development life cycle within a project.
Work closely with team members and stakeholders to understand and implement requirements along with refining solutions.
Ability to specify, create, and consume RESTful Web Services (Ex. JAX-RS, SpringBoot, Restful APIs, SOAP, JSON, etc.)
Fluency with Object Oriented SDK (Java or .Net), REST and GraphQL APIs
Translation of designs into Java Object software constructs.
Provide continual programming enhancements/modifications, and implementation progress related to application development as requested by the Government.
Maintain resident skills associated with Oracle full-stack development; experience working with Oracle Object-Relational and Relational database models.
Create or drive project schedule development, including task definition, duration, and resource estimates, work breakdown schedule, and contingency planning.
Assist with Oracle database integration, optimization, and data modeling engineering.

Minimum Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
3 years of experience as a Full Stack Java Developer
Must have experience in programming language such as Java
Must have knowledge of various DBMS technology such as: MySQL, Oracle, SQLServer
Experience in the following, but not limited:
Working with the military
Angular and other frameworks
Responsive web design
Agile software development
Multiple codes to inclue DBA and SQL
Preferred experience in the following;
AWS and/or Azure cloud environments.
Hands-on software troubleshooting.
UI development; PrimeNG library experience.
IAT Level II or higher cert required
NACLC clearance required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Extensive knowledge of MS SharePoint 2013 and MS Access 2016 preferred.
Ability to demonstrate detailed working knowledge of current application development tools and technologies such as JavaEE, Angular, JAX-RS, Hibernate (ORM), Oracle PL/SQL, JPA, HTML5, Typescript, and IntelliJ IDEA.
Ability to provide configuration management, version control, and bug tracking of all source code, engineering configurations, and application architecture supporting the long-term and short-term development goals.
Ability to use design patterns as well as hierarchical and layered software design.
Strong knowledge of multi-tiered design and development.
Deep knowledge of Angular practices and commonly used models.
Strong knowledge of the following skillsets:
Responsive Web Design
Automated Testing Tools
Knowledge of information architecture, workflow design, information management, and governance for site usability
Ability to travel
Ability to display a portfolio showcasing broad design
Expertise in typographics and design
Expertise in visual design, including gathering raw data from various sources and developing comprehensive and visually engaging designs
Ability to be a self-starter, pay strict attention to detail, and multi-task across multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced, team-based environment
Ability to occasionally work after hours
