Administrative Training Assistant
Arlington, VA
The Administrative Training Assistant will convert existing training modules and draft documentation into different formats based on the needs of a contracted Training Technical Writer and will collect and maintain original SME training and support documentation for repeated reference during the training development process. The Administrative Training Assistant will also maintain frequent communication with the Department of State Diplomatic Pouch and Mail Training Program Administrator, attending meetings and training module reviews as necessary.
Responsibilities
Convert existing training materials to updated formats as needed
Collect and maintain original training materials produced by the Training Technical Writer or other relevant personnel
Perform frequent file maintenance to ensure easy reference of cataloged training modules
Maintain frequent communication with the government customer, particularly the DPM Training Program Administrator
Coordinate and attend regular meetings and training module reviews
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
1+ years of administrative experience
Secret clearance required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proficient with Microsoft Office Management suite, especially MS Publisher and PowerPoint
Familiar with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat
Organizational skills, particularly with computer file storage and maintenance
Strong written and oral communication skills
